• Act 168 of 2014 - Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release    Print and complete section one, then submit all pages to the district office.  we will forward the from(s) to our current/former employers.  

• Act 126 of 2013 - Mandated Child Abuse Recognition & Reporting Training certificate training at  reportabusepa.pitt.edu
